Bent over rows are a great overall back exercise which hits multiple muscle groups but people are often limited performing this exercise by the amount of stability required when using a barbells or dumbbells.

The handles are adjustable from a narrow to mid to wide position and the free moving handles allow the user to manipulate what type of grip they want to use from pronated to supinated.

The angle of the pad and foot plate are adjustable, allowing the user to set-up in the ideal position for their body.
